I had a massage with Brandy yesterday and she was excellent. She used the perfect amount of pressure and was very thorough throughout the whole session. She’s very professional, friendly, and really knows what she’s doing. I could tell she paid attention to the areas where I had the most tension and worked them out carefully. The whole experience was relaxing and I felt noticeably better afterward. My muscles felt looser and I left feeling refreshed. Yesterday on Feb. 18, 2026, I arrived for my facial appt with Sarah at1:00. I was told I did not have an appointment and that my last appointment date was Jan. 28, 2026. I agreed and stated at my last appointment I had scheduled a facial on Feb. 18, 2026. No explanation was given as to why my appt was not scheduled. I asked if the appointment was made and possibly it was not saved in the computer, and the man at the desk said, “probably!” He did not apologize for the mistake made or offer any compensation for me driving thirty minutes round trip. The girl with the purple hair just kept her head down and didn’t even acknowledge me. . I was told I could make an appointment on Fri. Fri. was not possible! Alicia is a wonderful masseuse. She always does a great job. She did my prenatal massages when I was pregnant and regular massages before and after that as well as a hot stone massage. She’s so personable and easy to converse with and uses the perfect amount of pressure mixed with some stretching for the perfect massage! Massage envy as a whole not including the actual massage is the reason I’m doing 3 stars instead of 5. Their app was very hard to figure out and wouldn’t let me book a prenatal session. It also was hard to book the additional services I had coupons for through the app. Also it wouldn’t show everyone’s schedule when I went to book on the app. When I called I could get an appointment like their schedule was wide open even though it wasn’t showing on the app. I had issues as
