Massage Envy

I’ve had some great massages here, but overall my experience here has been negative. Do not join their membership!!!! My home location (Lynnwood) shut down due to a fire, so my massages were cancelled. I was still paying my monthly membership fee. I had to reach out for an update, and I had to ask if I could use my credits at a different location, which you’re allowed to do. BUT, they didn’t tell me the other locations have different prices, so you have to pay the difference. Call me crazy but it’s a little silly to have to pay MORE when the inconvenience is not my fault, and I have to travel farther to use my membership and also not be told this until the day of my massage. I love this place. They have so many different services they offer not just massages. It is so great to try something new that you haven’t tried before. If you are a member you get a free service each month which rolls over. The staff at the location are so sweet and helpful. I love the girls that are in the front. They are always so welcoming and have warming smiles. Thank you for all of the amazing services. I have been coming here for almost two years and just wow every-time.

Love ME time w/ Massage Envy! The front desk ladies are so sweet & cool (wish I could hire them for my business). I can’t tell you who my favorite providers are cuz then you might book with them & make it harder for me to get in but I can tell you they are so amazing, no complaints, above & beyond, truly helping me! I’ve been a member for over 2 years, I’m at my best when I do monthly facials & a massage every 2 weeks. All the services & enhancements are so good, such a variety to choose from, and they always have promo’s going on which they tell you about & remind you so you get the deals!

I really like it here. Everyone is nice. The massage therapists are very good, but eventually you find a favorite. I tried a facial last time and it was incredibly relaxing. It included some massage too. I'm doing it again!

I have been coming to this location for a few years now. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with massages and facial services. I would like to shout out CJ in particular for her amazing prenatal massages. They have been carrying me through my pregnancy! Any expecting mamas, please do yourself a favor and book with her. In addition, I’d also like to shout out to Nate, he is also amazing for regular massages! It’s really great to have a membership. Even if you don’t make it out every month, your credits do build up and it’s wonderful to have plenty when you really need them.
