Today was my first time ever getting a professional massage done and I’m happy I picked to have this experience with Massage Envy. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Kia. I’ve been going a few months now for regular massages with no regrets! You have to book with TY! She makes adjustments to my needs each session.

I would check that you have the credits. I went one day before my credit kicked in and was charged $140 for the facial. It doesn’t show in the app how many you have and I believed I had one to use. I think this should be in the account section. I had some saved I believed as my appointments were cancelled several times due to no technician available or she was sick. Lexington is better than Harbison to get appointments. Just feel after being a member for over 4 years this was a little annoying.
