Im really disappointed with this place. The front desk staff are pushy, they don’t know how to accept a NO. Years without going, I have lots of sections to make app, while I was with a person in training ,another come to help her, Courtney, and she (Courtney) started helping her and suggesting lots of things. 1st she said the facials were covered bcus I have lots of sections to do so she told the employee in training to make me an appointment with Rachel and Kristen. 1st facila with Kristen was amazing, which I have no regrets, nut the lying part of service being covered was very disappointed, they charged me and extra money. Which again isnt a problem if they tell u the tieth in advanced. I asked about the giving away section to family member and Cortney neither the other guy said anyth

I had a great experience with Bre. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage. Her technique was excellent, and the pressure was just right. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Bre and look forward to booking again.

My husband has been getting massages for years so I finally got him a monthly subscription about six months ago. Today he walked out and told me, “it was the worst massage I’ve ever had.” We booked a firm massage with Shelly and the front desk rep confirmed this. She barely touched him, despite him asking her to apply more pressure. She barely spent more than 10-15 seconds per body part, and didn’t even massage his thighs despite asking him TWICE what he wanted, and him confirming that he wanted a full body massage. I was surprised when he walked out at the 45 minute mark, but she didn’t appear to know what she was doing based on his experience. Corporate Needs to See This — A Breakdown in Integrity, Leadership, and Franchise Oversight I booked this service as a gift for someone else, and what unfolded exposed issues far beyond a disappointing massage — it revealed fundamental failures in integrity, communication, training, and leadership at this franchise location. The individual I gifted this to requested a deep tissue massage. Instead of providing accurate information, staff stated that the spa “only offers firm.” They proceeded with that service — only for it to be extremely hard, far beyond what “firm” should ever be. I got an injury from the gym and had a very painful back/neck (specifically left side) and Cory (he recently started) did such an amazing job! He listened to everything and when it started getting tender he stopped ! I had a wonderful experience and can’t wait for my next session !!
