Massage Envy

Never been this upset! Signed up for facial membership and after the first session, my skin is worse than what it was. The staff didn’t review my chart and used products that weren’t suitable for my skin. I took before pictures to track progress and even though I don’t expect to see results for atleast 6 months, I didn’t expect my skin to be as damaged. I had to take a 2 months break for the active acne to recover and hoping a new staff will do the right thing. I will give it another try with another staff.

The services is fine BUT the prices ARE RIDICULOUS‼️ Go to Crofton. They are OVER charging at this location! $65.00 difference on a 60 minute session and about $98 DOLLARS Difference on a 120 session😳😳 Insane!

First interaction with staff during a phone call today, Sunday at 12:30 pm, very rude and short as if she didn’t won’t to be at work. I been a member with them for two years in a Dallas, Tx location, no issues. Another negative interaction like that I’m canceling.

Marlon is the best therapist I've ever had since being a member of Massage Envy. He's extremely professional, timely, conscientious, and dedicated to his craft. Marlon not only gives his clients an exemplary massage, he's dedicated to their overall well-being. He uses his expertise and training for healing and wholeness of his clients.
