Just had an awesome non-invasive chemical peel facial at Massage Envy in Ponte Vedra Beach,FL by Carol. She is professional, knowledgeable, and made my appt extremely relaxing… the added neck and shoulder massage didn’t make me sad to trade in a massage for a facial!💕💕

Jamal gives the best massages ever! My back was so tight and with the use of his trusty elbows he was able to release so many of my knots. Will definitely see him again.

The massage I had at Massage Envy at Jacksonville Beach with Jess was absolutely AMAZING! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would! Very relaxing, and pressure was just right for me. I’m so happy I chose her for my massage. 🥰

Avoid this Massage Envy location. I have never received such poor customer service. They pulled a complete bait and switch by quoting me one price online of $120 for a 90 minute massage and charged me $190 instead. It would not have bothered me if the manager who is obviously often fielding complaints like mine about the pricing transparency did not proceed to handle the matter in the most unprofessional way i have ever experienced and should be fired. When I walked in, although I arrived early I was whisked into a room with the manager never advising me that the price I was quoted was not going to be honored. If you are looking for a truly therapeutic massage, Jamal is your guy. He knows exactly how to work deep knots and help release tight muscles while still making the session effective and relieving. I walked out feeling noticeably looser and better overall. Highly recommend Jamal if you want real muscle relief from someone who clearly knows what they are doing.
