Not worth it!!! Only if you want pressure to join, rushed out and not enjoy the message!!! Oh yeah, the seats are torn and worn, which is disgusting!!! We made our reservation on the phone and they acknowledged our certificate. However, After checking in and getting our massages, they would not honor the certificate after knowing it appeared to have an expiration date that my wife was un aware of, especially after telling the person on the phone when she booked the reservation about the certificate and they acknowledged seeing it on the computer! I was stuck in Miami and had to cancel my appointment. The woman at the desk charged me tbe full 80 dollars for my missed service, refused to even discuss rescheduling or negotiating a penalty fee vs the full charge. Very robotic! I realize the massage therapists time is important too but to charge for the full service?? Then ask how my visit was when I never even stepped in the door or had an opportunity to se how things are run? Ridiculous and horrible customer service.

I have been going to this branch of Massage Envy for over 3 years, and once I found Aimee, I always ask for her. Aimee has been wonderful! She has been extremely helpful to me over the last few years to help relieve shoulder and lower back pains. I've always had a good experience with the staff on the phone and in person.

Love getting my massages by Naydi every time I go for my sessions! Lately I’ve been having severe lower back issues and have sciatic pain and went for my massage and she relieved the pain and was able to finally sleep. Woke up with no pain at all!

My Husband went to this place. He purchased two gift cards and they had a special if you purchased two gifts you get an hour free. However, he lost the hour session and he request to replaced the card and they would not replace it. They claim that there were no refunds and he was not asking for a refund he want the service and they could look in the system to see if anyone used the card. No where was it advertised that lost cards would not be replaced. This place is a scam and a rip off because if you lose card you won't get the service. When my husband got the free hour because he purchased two one hundred dollar gift cards they at not time informed me that the free hour did not include a hot stone massage only the regular massage. Please do not use this place. It's a scam and a ripoff p
