Massage Envy

The group at Hattiesburg Massage Envy is top notch! We did a couples massage with Aliyah and Tyler and they were amazing! I have had bad experiences at other Massage Envy’s. Before I would not have recommended Massage Envy but since going to the one in Hattiesburg I will definitely recommend my friends and family.

On January 18, I experienced a highly unsatisfactory service with a massage therapist from the Hattiesburg location during a couples massage. Unfortunately, both my partner and I had negative experiences. I have been a loyal member for over three years and have consistently supported this business, which made this experience particularly disappointing. Following the incident, I contacted the establishment and requested to speak with the manager, Angie; however, my call was never returned. The lack of response and follow-up has further contributed to my dissatisfaction. I believe this matter warrants attention and a timely response. Gerald

I was an occasional client that went on to be a member for a year. I encouraged my daughter's to become Members as well. I recently renewed my Membership because I loved the atmosphere and vibes. However, due to my current situation, post stroke is a little difficult and the Therapist wasn't qualified to assist or give me the full benefits of my massage. Due to stiffness and spasms I'm in dyer need of stretching and massaging. I'm not able to extend my body by laying face down and the Therapist never recommended other accomodations. She avoided the areas completely. I come from being paralyzed to partial movement and my doctor recommended i get a massage that would help my rehabilitation. Got a full body massage by Candace and everything about the experience was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming and supportive of any kind of changes to my appointment if any were needed. Candace was a joy to talk to, very kind and beholds the hands of a magician. Will definitely return!

I love going to see Ms Bridget.. she has been in this business for over 20 years and she knows what she is doing.. I'm very glad I found this place and her .
