In a world full of darkness, I always try to leave positive light and usually its the smallest things that make the biggest impact. Reviews being one. Thank you Neil for the amazing massage. I used to be a member at this location about three years ago when a therapist named Ralph worked there. Then I moved north and started going to the Zionsville location and found another great therapist. However, since moving back to Greenwood, a truly good therapist has been very hard to find. My first time back here I had a woman who insisted "glutes are my strength" and bullied me into getting glutes done even though it's marked on my chart as a no-go zone. She did my right butt cheek for over 30 minutes of the massage insisting it wasn't letting up. I genuinely couldn't walk for three days after because of how much pain I was in. I tried a different therapist later who was much better, but still not up to the quality I'm used to. Your level of service here varies entirely too much on th

Ive been going to both Greenwood and Southport Massage Envy’s for the last year. Today I had a massage with Misty. She was absolutely amazing and attentive to the focus areas I needed specifically! Good pressure and made the most out of our hour session. Would definitely recommend booking with her! Update: If you like deep pressure, go with Micah! He just gave me a killer massage and helped out my pinched nerve in the neck. Super accommodating and checking with with me multiple times. Would 100% recommend!

Extremely disappointing. I am from Bloomington and I was a member of Massage Envy there for 2 years. Sadly, they closed and I was given two gift cards. The closest Massage Envy store where I could redeem my gift cards was in Greenwood, 50 minutes away from my home. I scheduled a massage for myself and my daughter, who was pregnant at the time. I explicitly explained she needed a prenatal massage. The staff on the phone assured me that my daughter was signed up to have a prenatal massage therapist. When we arrived, they said there was a mistake and she was not able to receive her massage because they did not have a prenatal massage therapist available. I went ahead and got my massage and we resigned to rescheduling a massage for my daughter in the future. There wasn’t any appropriate custom

Pros: Easy to schedule online Pricing is relatively inexpensive Clean facility Cons: I know it’s corporate policy to include 10 minutes of consultation/dress down time. But that’s a horrible policy as it lends itself to the therapist stalling and/or shorting the time even more by getting you late and stopping early as was the experience I had. Politics also shouldn’t be discussed during a massage. Regardless of where you stand- it’s usually not a relaxing topic. The massage itself was about 10 minutes of an actual massage muddled around 30 minutes of what felt like getting lotion just rubbed on.
