My massage therapist (Greg) is always amazing—attentive, knowledgeable, and focused on exactly what I needed. I had a very bad experience with Greg. I always give praise when praise is due, but I am certainly not going to sit back and overlook the horrible behavior that Greg showed me on my last visit. He was rude in a passive-agressive way. He made me feel very uncomfortable and claimed he was having a bad day. I don't think I should bare the burden of his bad day when I come there in pain, looking for relief. Needless to say, I was so uncomfortable that I had to reschedule. I had already waited 10 days for this appointment and now I have to wait even longer to have someone else work on me. I feel that if you're in this kind of job you always have to portray a positive attitude. If you can't you're not in the right job. Just an update.... My daughter and I had a fabulous facial at ME Lake Worth! Love how every step was so relaxing and refreshing. Want to give a special shot out to Alexia for helping fill out the forms. I had a session that started a bit late after I initially went to the wrong location (my mistake). I had boynton beach location notified your staff. Your staff kindly called and confirmed I’d still be on time and that I’d be charged from the original start, which I understood. When I checked in, there were about 65 minutes left for my session. My therapist ended the massage before 11:25 and I was fully checked out by 11:23 a.m(dressed and took my credit card for a tip). I brought this up to the front desk associate, who was very kind and said she would reach out to the manager. I completely understand being billed from the scheduled start time, but I was shorted a few minutes of table time, I was hoping she could have worked until the 5-minute mark to allow for that transition. So I’m up
