Massage Envy

Carlee gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The facial included an incredibly relaxing shoulder, neck, arm, and hand massage that truly elevated the entire service. Carlee took the time to thoughtfully analyze my skin, asked insightful questions about my routine and concerns, and offered helpful tips for proper skin maintenance moving forward. I felt completely relaxed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout the appointment. Her professionalism, knowledge, and calming presence are unmatched. I can’t recommend Carlee enough—she is truly amazing at what she does!

I am listing my overall experience as a 4/5. I originally used the online booking for a 90 but then received a call that they can’t accommodate that long of a service (their online booking system glitched) so I was scheduled for a 60 minute massage. That is fine with me, I received an automated text from massage envy asking me to call the office to answer a few pre-screening questions. I called twice and no one answered the phones nor called me back. When I arrived 10 minutes early there were 3 girls at the front desk 2 of the girls were on the phone helping customers but the third girl did not acknowledge me or even said hello or to hang on for a moment while I was waiting. Once one of the girls got off the phone, she was very nice. Kamille was amazing and I would rate her service 5/5! I

I had a massage from Valerie and a facial with Carlee. Both were fantastic! Valerie is the only one I’ve gotten a massage from at this location because why mess up a great thing. I had my first facial here and Carlee was very knowledgeable and suggested ways to improve my skin and customized the facial to account for my needs. Both were 5 stars, highly recommend!

Oh my goodness. If you have any tension in your shoulders, neck, and back, you have to book a massage with Samra. (I'm sure she is great with whatever people need, but this is what I really needed today and it was perfect). She made me feel comfortable and tailored the massage to loosen up my tense muscles from too many hours in front of a computer. Thank you!! I'll definitely be back!
