Overall, a wonderful experience. The front staff are excellent. Very helpful from check-in to check-out. The therapist draws on their own experience with differing pressures and styles to help you achieve your goals, relax, or relieve pain. I have been going since July 2025. I wish I had started this sooner!
Simply AMAZING experience with this establishment! From the kind-hearted and exuberant sweet front desk angels to the highly skilled and knowledgeable massage therapists, these massages are the highlights of my year! I’ve never felt more relaxed and comfortable in my life♥️ I highly recommend to anyone who wants relief, a brief getaway, or just a few hours of “me” time! You can thank me later😉
The worst place ever. I had a facial treatment that was supposed to last 60 minutes, but after less than 30 minutes the lady said it was a “short treatment” and ended it. They were extremely rude and still charged me for the full hour, even though they ended it early without any reason. I feel like I was robbed.
The Massage Envy in Edwardsville,Illinois has the best massage therapist and the front desk checks you in easy and fast ! Manager is one of the best and works with their clients for the most pleasant experience!
Had a massage by Harrison and it was awesome! I felt very welcomed in by the whole staff and felt comfortable during my session.
