Normally, I have a wonderful experience with my massage therapist however, today, I had a very, very disappointing experience with the front desk person Bailey, who did say she was a manager, but her behavior did not align with that role. I had called to cancel my service over three weeks ago, and I was told that a manager would get back to me in a day or two. I never heard back from a manager, so I actually went to the site and tried to cancel at the front desk. I was told again that a manager would get back to me. Today, 11/28/2025, I still have not heard back from anyone so I called today. Bailey told me she was a manager and said she could help me with my inquiry. I have been apart of Massage Envy for almost 10 years and there has been ups and downs. But I have always had a good customer service experience with the front desk until today with Hailey. I love this location and John has always been an excellent therapist, but for some reason there has been a decline in experience. Management was great for a loooong time but not sure what has changed. I was denied upper managements number today. Please post a response if there is a number other than "in house manager". I believe Massage Envy normally holds to a higher standard than this.

BEWARE: These people are liars and manipulative. They will say anything to make more money, get you to sign up for something, and then go back on their word. Corporate has been contacted, and legal action is being taken moving forward. My poor daughter just buried her grandmother, my mom on her birthday, and we came in a few days later to relax after dealing with a lot of emotional turmoil and stress. I initially called Massage Envy on North Tarrant and even went in while their doors were open, but no one ever came to the door or answered the phone. I then called the Alliance location and scheduled with the manager, who works and manages both locations. I’ve been coming here for years. Jesse is an amazing esthetician and massage therapist. My skin is always glowing after I see her and she REALLY knows her stuff. I got the “no downtime” chemical peel for the first time in a while and she was so gentle. My skin looks awesome! Jesse is very passionate about her profession and stays up to date on the latest products and services. She always knows exactly what my skin needs 10/10 recommend to everyone.

Absolutely Unacceptable Cancellation Process I have been trying to cancel both my account and my wife’s account for over six months, and this company still hasn’t managed to get it done. Every time I reached out, I was given different instructions and excuses. I was told multiple times that I had to physically come into the location to cancel, so I did — more than once. Instead of canceling, they simply paused the accounts because the person that could cancel them wasn't in that day.
