Scott was the best! Very professional, provided targeted relief to problem areas, checked in on pressure ensuring my comfort. Left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed! My only wish is I had scheduled a 90 minute massage with him!

I booked an appointment by calling and the day of my appointment I tested positive for covid . I called to cancel and the lady informed me they would have to charge me 40$ for canceling. This was my first time every using Massage Envy and I will not use them again! I could not control the fact that I had Covid and was respectful enough not to expose anyone to covid. Very disappointed that I am going to be charged for doing the right thing!

BEWARE!!! I woke up sick for my morning appointment. I called to let them know that I didn’t want to expose anyone and I would reschedule when I felt better and was told that they were taking half of the money from my gift card that my employees gave me for my Birthday. I was told by the receptionist when I called that they do that on same day cancellations. I expressed to her that when they took my gift card information that I WAS NOT told that. I am not one to cancel appointments, but given the fact that I woke up with chills I would think that they would not want me to come in that way. She was not willing to help me in the least. I would Never give my money or time to a company that will not work with a situation where I could have possibly exposed her, the therapist or any other staff

Jasmine is the BEST!!! She always takes good care of me. Usually im exhausted from work so she let's me relax and enjoy my quiet time. I LOVE IT!! ASK FOR JASMINE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED 🥰
