Massage Envy

Very disappointed in my message yesterday. First of all the room ( 10) was freezing and it was very uncomfortable as your undressed. I asked about it but to no avail. Yes I am covered up but was still not the correct environment for a relaxing message. I was told afterwards the temperature is controlled by the owner by phone app and he was not available. Unacceptable. As for the message it was just ok and not at all very deep with zero pressure. When she hit a sore spot on my calf’s she just avoided it rather than trying to loosen it up. At the end the guy checking me out trying to sell me more after I said I was not at all interested as it was a poor effort. Kept pushing a bit and called boss too many times and it felt very unprofessional. Left there very disappointed.

Horrible place. They won’t let you use extra virgin olive oil for massage. They want to use their oil which has very poor ingredients that causes skin irritations.

Great location close to cruise port if you have extra time during cruising. They could add a water station and a soothing water feature to the relaxation lounge.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Massage Envy Fort Lauderdale location where I interacted with both the front desk staff and then received a phone call from the manager, Amanda. From the moment I walked in, the front desk associate was dismissive and curt. I tried to explain an issue I was having with scheduling and membership based on information I had received from the Weston location, and instead of helping me resolve it, I was met with condescension and disbelief. To make matters worse, the manager Amanda called me and the conversation and was equally rude and unprofessional.
