Massage Envy

I got a massage here and it was fine. The therapist did not listen to me when I asked for only my lower/middle back to be massaged and instead he barely touched that area. The floors did not look clean in here. They refused to refund a gift card and lied about the pricing so the gift card barely covers half of a service. I’d rather spend that money somewhere else but instead they just offered to put the balance towards another service like a facial (why would I want u to touch my face if u can’t even clean ur floors right). I would not recommend this place unless you just want to go for relaxation- because if you have any actual areas of concern they will ignore it and waste ur time and money doing nothing for you. Priscilla, at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. She greeted me with a smile and kind words - even though I was late! She helped me with the ipad documents so I could get back to my massage quickly. Tyler was an amazing massage therapist! He asked me questions and really listened to what issues I was having. I had been having issues with holding stress in my shoulders and upper back which led to daily neck and headaches. I went to sleep with a headache and woke up with a headache for weeks. He recommended the CBD massage lotion with menthol and it was so relaxing! By the time the massage was complete, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I was visiting from Arizona and wanted to surprise my sister with a facial. From the process of calling to set the appointment a week prior up until the day of service; everybody was so helpful and made transferring credits an easy process. Our facial was amazing-it was my sister’s first facial ever so I was very happy that she loved her experience.

If your credit card is in file, BEWARE!! I got a random charge for $42 and we did not authorize any charge or make any purchase on that date. Massage Envy claims they have no record of this transaction and I have yet to receive a refund. The charge has already cleared on my credit card. It says Massage Envy Fort Collins as the merchant and lists their address but still, I can’t get my money back. FRAUD!!!

I have been a member of this spa for over a year! I use my membership for facials and massages. It is a good deal if you are a member. I like to save en extra credit to get a longer massage of facials, it’s the best! The last 2 massages were with Lin and it was great! He is professional and used different technics to release tension. It is easy to get ahold of the front desk and they reach out to you if there are any new openings come up. It has been a good way to keep myself on track with wellness.
