Massage Envy

Ladies and gentlemen. I have held a membership with Massage Envy since 2011. I have been to many locations and have seen many physical therapists. I have to tell you that in the 14 years that I have been a member, I have never found anyone like Raphiel ! This is not to undermine any other massage therapists that I have used, however, he is the only one that I have ever seen that has used muscle stretching with massage and have a 180 degree turn around in one day! If you need a relaxing massage, ask for Raphiel. If your muscles are a little tired, make an appointment to see Raphiel! Stay away!! They will lock you into s membership snd not cancel because they sneak in an automatic renewal. I called after my “6 month” membership ship (that I didn’t even want) was over to cancel and they are STILL taking payments!!😡 They told me last month they would stop but I just had another payment taken for December! SCAM!!

I signed up for a single massage in October 2024 as a birthday gift to myself. I had previously had a massage with another massage envy location years before and loved it. My birthday massage was decent but not the best- I later learned they switched my massage therapist without even mentioning a name or anything. Upon checking out, I was coerced into signing up for the monthly subscription package for $75 per month. The only selling point that caught my ear was that I COULD CANCEL AT ANY TIME and still use any remaining credits I had already paid for. Well the time finally came where a large vet bill didn’t allow room for a massage subscription any longer. I froze my debit card so I would have a chance to stop the payment. Massage envy staff called me to say my payment failed, I confirmed

This is my favorite location. The staff is outstanding, the facility is peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend for your next massage.

Love love love this location!!! I had the best most relaxing massage I've ever had. I can't remember her name but she was excellent. She worked on all my problem areas. All the staff at the front desk were so nice and professional. I loved my experience so much I got myself a membership for monthly massages. I also got 1 free massage just for joining. I definitely recommend this location for any service you are wanting to get! I can't wait for my next massage!!
