I don’t typically leave negative reviews, as I understand running a business is not easy, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. I’ve been a member for about six months, and during that time, the constant rescheduling of appointments has been overwhelming. Despite paying the monthly fee, my appointments were often moved to times I could not attend, leaving me paying for services I never received. On top of that, I had a massage that was so harsh it left me in pain, and I am now in physical therapy for neck issues that resulted from it. After that experience, I requested to cancel my membership. However, every time I call, I am told only a manager can process cancellations—and the manager is never available and does not return my calls. Meanwhile, the business continues to withd

I just had a facial with Kay! It was the most amazing facial I have ever had! And I’ve had dozens and dozens! If you want a relaxing, soothing facial, book your facial with Kay!!!! You will not regret it!

I made an appointment November 2025 and the staff member was 25 minutes late, so I made another appointment for the following Friday, they canceled that appointment, so I made another appointment for November 30, 2025, and the staff member called out sick today. Needless to say I do not recommend Massage Envy and Exton PA.

I have been going to this location for a little over a year and here are some takeaways! Lori is an amazing esthetician and I loved every facial I have received from her. She is so thoughtful and makes me feel comfortable. Jonathan is a phenomenal massage therapist! He made me feel comfortable throughout the session. He exudes such kind energy and created a very safe space for me. Last but not least, there has been some changes to management and I cannot be more pleased! :) If you have any questions about which service will work for you, I would not hesitate to contact the front desk who will be more than happy to answer your questions. I have been a regular here for a bit and I must sing the praises of the staff. They are attentive and thoughtful. Booking is smooth, and cancelling or rescheduling has been easy when needed. The first time I booked here I happened to book with George for a massage and I have requested him everytime since. He is kind and caring, and creates a gentle environment. Through communication and his inquiry we've been able to address both long-term and short-term problem spots, and my overall quality of life is better for it.
