My first time at a Massage Envy and the experience was very pleasant. Kerri was the massage therapist and did a wonderful job with the full body massage. She asked me a few times about the amount of pressure she was applying, but it was the perfect amount. I would recommend her and will be going back for another session in the future.

Terrible Experience - Billing Issues and Poor Professionalism After canceling my membership, Massage Envy East Greenwich still charged my credit card without authorization. After a lengthy and frustrating back-and-forth, they finally agreed to refund the fees that had already been paid. However, one month later, I discovered that two payments were still missing. Once again, it took repeated communication to get those resolved. No apology was ever offered - just a very concerning lack of accountability. In addition, I had booked a 60-minute massage with Karen in 2023. The next time I saw her for another 60-minute session, she told me not to book her again unless I scheduled 90 minutes and said she expected a tip of over 30%. That kind of pressure and unprofessional behavior is unacceptabl

First time for me & it was life changing!! Walter was amazing! He was friendly, calm, & made the experience wonderful. Terry helped me up front and was also very friendly and explained everything ME has to offer. Would def recommend to anyone!
