Massage Envy

I’m so disappointed that I have to write this review but I was utterly disgusted at my visit recently. I have been going to this location for almost 2 years. Within those 2 years I never understood why I kept getting asthma attacks, well I went in recently for my monthly routine massage and it all made sense why I never felt fully relaxed and couldn’t breathe when I go in. Under the beds are filled with thick dust all over ( this is what we are breathing in) the carpet is so dirty and the walls are just gross. I turned on the light to look for something and I was so so disappointed. The staff are all wonderful but I have had to cancel my memberships. This is not good, not good for people who suffer chronically. I beg to management to please hire cleaning companies and clean up everything f

I've had a membership here 2019 and i come every month for a facial and a massage. The service is impeccable from everyone from the receptionists (Nadia, Daniela, Angela & Delilah, to name a few), to the massage therapist and the Estheticians. I've always had the best facials with Lydia, super relaxing and you leave feeling revitalized and my skin is healthy again and looks amazing. The App is also super handy for easily booking and seeing who is available. For massages you can pick your pressures and they will tell you which therapist does that. ive always been happy with each of the massage therapists that I've had.

I am totally upset. On February 10th, I had a massage and then I paid the year membership fee of $900 dollars and booked my appointment for 330p on February 14th. I went in for the appointment and was told they did not have my appointment. On the 14th I spoke with Daniliah who advised it was nothing she could do and they didn't have anything until Monday. According to her, my membership was submitted with Daniela. According to her, also there is ni manager or assistant manager on duty today. The assistant manager who would had assistant on the the 10th when I completed my membership was Nadia Briana. Now my Valentines Day massage is not happening. As a first time client I am totally disappointed and unhappy. This membership will likely be canceled. I don't trust the appointments

I was injured during a massage appointment that left me out of work for about a month. After the injury, I contacted the front desk to report it and ask for help. My calls were not handled professionally. I was hung up on, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I did not receive a callback until I repeatedly followed up. Eventually, the owner contacted me and initially stated he would "take care of it." However, once I explained the nature of my injuries, the tone changed, and I was told they were not liable. Instead of support or resolution, the owner contacted me repeatedly by text asking how I was feeling, which felt unprofessional and did not help resolve the situation.
