I don’t get massages often, but I’ve been dealing with pinched nerves in my spine and needed relief. Sam C was professional, attentive, and took time to ask questions and check in throughout the session, adjusting as needed. His work was skilled and effective, and I felt comfortable and respected the entire time. I experienced noticeable relief and look forward to the next session. I highly recommend him.

Massage Envy provides a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Ashley, one of the estheticians was great with giving recommendations for other facials to try. She also was very detailed with how to take care of my face after the facial. She also gave me a great massage on my neck, arms, and hands.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this location due to poor communication and lack of follow-through. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance for a post-surgical massage on January 15. When booking, I was very clear with the employee on the phone about the purpose of the massage, including that it was post-operative. I specifically asked to speak with the massage therapist beforehand to get her opinion on massage duration, etc. and I was told this could be discussed when I arrived and that it would be fine. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk asked if anything had changed since my last visit. I explained that I had undergone surgery, which was the entire reason for booking the massage. I had a wonderful woman named Erin as my massage therapist. She was very professional in every aspect and helped relieve tension in all key areas noted. The experience was exceptional and I was beyond pleased. I highly recommend an appointment with Erin.

I had a very pleasant experience during my facial with Antonio. He did a great job explaining the function and composition of each product he applied to my skin and gave me advise to improve my skin condition. He also has a wonderful personality and kept me entertained the whole time.
