Massage Envy

Got told my therapist, Ruby, called out. Okay, so who is coming in for her? Right? Nope- just cancelled and no availability for the same service at all for the rest of the day. Pretty disappointing for a mom who had arranged childcare and a whole day around this. Unprofessional.

Worst and most unprofessional service I have ever had, my “ therapists” name was Ruby. She was incredibly rude, was on her phone, and constantly stopped because she needed a minute “for her hands” if you can’t do your job then don’t work there. 0/10 stars I’m sorry for anyone who gets her. I have many friends that attend this location and after telling all of them this story, I’m sure they will not be seeing many of their regulars!!

Gifted my partner a facial spa for her birthday and she came out glowing, refreshed and rejuvenated. She said she loved it being her first time getting a facial. She said the atmosphere was calming and the certified tech Michelle was very nice and gentle. Definitely will have to try it and recommend.

I had a facial and eyebrow waxing with Valerie. She is amazing. She took the time to do my consultation and get to know what my skin needed. The facial was very good and relaxing. I will definitely be back to see her!!

Phenomenal!!!! I initially went because I won 3 free light therapy sessions. It was a no brainer to become a member. The light therapy is amazing for joint pain relief. I was skeptical at first, but the difference is incredible. I also did an hour massage. It helped me loosen up and relax so well. Next time I'll go for the 90 minutes and a few extras. Can't wait to try their other services!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
