Massage Envy

I have been a member of Massage Envy for years both in Los Angeles and here in South Florida. I’m a repeat customer because of the quality of care and excellent customer service. The Coral Springs location is great and I’d like to especially mention my masseuse Julissa. She is always very attuned throughout the sessions, periodically checks in for feedback on pressure, and has an excellent bedside manner. She is patient and takes her time, helping you feel valued and never rushed. You can tell by her work that she is dedicated to doing a good job and that she enjoys what she does, which makes all the difference. I highly recommend her!

I had such a better experience today at the massage place. I was definitely relieved with my massage. Therapist Jean was amazing. She did a wonderful job. I went in there with pain and I walked out feeling relieved.🙂

I had an excellent start to the new year after receiving a massage at this location. I was experiencing upper back discomfort, and the massage therapist, Cassie, effectively relieved the tension. Upon checkout, I was greeted with outstanding hospitality from Amari, Princess, and Danisha, which led me to reactivate my membership. This location is the best!

Tovah is very knowledgeable about skincare and she’s great at addressing any concerns you may have. I’ve used her services for about couple of years and she’s very consistent! Thanks, Tovah!

***editing my previous review to reflect my current experiences. Deplorable customer service and unscrupulous business practices. I’ve called multiple times regarding an unauthorized billing issue since Jan 9, have asked to speak with a manager and have yet to have my call returned by an actual manager. Her assistant returned my call after my fourth contact attempt, validated the concern but said she could do nothing about it and would have her manager contact me back to rectify. I stand by the therapists being professional, but on the principle of their business practices, I would never recommend the Coral Springs location under their current ownership/management team.*** I’ve been a long time member of the Coral Springs Massage Envy. JP is always an excellent, professional therapist.
