Massage Envy

Buyer(User) Beware. This location is perhaps the most corrupt experience I have ever seen. My mother (who is a senior) used this location for years. There were a number of issues along the way which required my intervention. Finally it was enough. We went up together and my Mom canceled her subscription (that model alone should make you RUN out of there). Done, enough, thank goodness. When we tried to schedule a couple of appointments to use up remaining credits I was told all her regular therapists had left due to the new ownership. Apparently this new ownership later 'lost/you name it' records resulting in them continuing to charge her the monthly fee. We went by the location to complain/'re-cancel'. I had a deep tissue massage with Ms.Claudia! She was very professional, kind and friendly. She was very focused and intentional in helping me recover from my muscle soreness. I highly recommend her :) The only issue I had is that the whole place is very cold.

Awful. I feel worse today than I did before the massage. Can't turn my head. I keep trying to get a good massage. Honestly, it's a hit or a miss. Mostly, it's been a miss. And to hit me up for a tip right after the massage? If I want to leave a tip, I will do so. I believe $100 for a massage is sufficient.
