Massage Envy

Went here for the first time today and had Alex for a 90 min massage and it was AMAZING!!! I tend to do deep tissue and this was a medium/firm and she was awesome. Thinking maybe a membership may be the cards for the future.

I love it here! Renee is absolutely amazing! She’s friendly, caring and provides an excellent facial with attention to detail. The front desk staff have been very friendly and pleasant to work with as well! I love the back room that you can sit in before getting services. It provides a nice atmosphere with dim lighting, comfortable seating and light spa music to get you relaxed before starting your appointment. Would highly recommend!

Great staff, fantastic massage, but this location has outsourced tipping. A third-party vendor is profiting off of tipping the therapists. Additionally, there’s no cellular service or Wi-Fi to make this happen in another way. Another example of how big tech is extracting wealth from working people.

Sarah was great. I have a lot of tension in my neck and back that was made worse by a car accident and Sarah was really able to get into the tigger points and relieve a lot of tension! She asked a lot of questions which I liked and obviously takes massaging very seriously which is good for people like me who have chronic pain. I thought the tablet questions you fill out in the beginning were really thoughtful as not everyone likes certain aspects about massages and I was able to do without the things I dislike. I think the membership prices are super reasonable so I definitely intend to look into them further as I plan on coming back. Everyone working was very nice and informative. This will definitely be my new massage spot.

I don’t EVER like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately this one will have to warrant it. I came in for a deep tissue massage as I don’t have much sensitivity to deep pressure, but this therapist took it too far. I did say that my lower back had been bothering me some and to spend extra time on it but the area he focused on was on bone, not muscle, and hurt ALOT even after asking to lighten up on it. I trust that professionals know what they’re doing and am one to trust their process, but it has been 3 days and those spots he spent too much time on that didn’t hurt before have been causing me so much pain I’ve needed to sleep with a heating pad and limit my daily walking. He also only stretched my legs, which came as a surprise and wasn’t discussed, and did not massage them when I di
