I had undoubtedly the best relaxing massage at Massage Envy, college park. The massage therapist, Everette was very professional and courteous. My mom was also pleased with the service she received. What does one have to do to become a member? Twice, I’ve filled out the online form. No one has ever gotten back to me. I’ve reached out to the center of choice with no return call. The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 is because I actually drove to the center for a ‘look around’ and spoke to a worker whose name, I believe, was Jazmin. She was professional, knowledgeable and kind. Actually, it was because of her that I decided to join. Disheartening.

I've been coming here for years. Rodney is the absolute BEST! I carry my stress in my neck and he gets it out every time. He applies the right amount of pressure while I get to go to sleep for an hour. Lol...I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I just renewed my monthly membership because I deserve this and you do too!!

Disappointing and Misleading Marketing I received a promotional text from this location (screenshot attached) offering either 50% off a 1-hour session or a free 30-minute session. Since I’ve occasionally been a client here, I assumed this was a genuine offer. But when I called to redeem it, I was told it was only for members — something not mentioned anywhere in the message. They could have at least honored the offer, but opted not to and I promptly cancelled the apt. This kind of bait-and-switch approach is upsetting and unprofessional. I expect better from businesses, especially those I’ve supported in the past.

First time experience and will be my last. I had Theresa. She started 10 minutes late and was dragging her feet and not bothered nor apologetic about it. She had bad customer service, no “consultation” happened and she was unfriendly. To make it worse, the massage was not good. She just continuously and weirdly was dragging her nails across my back. When asked can she massage harder, because I booked medium, she said “No I am only a light therapist”. Yet, on the booking website, she is listed as also doing medium. Expressed to the front desk staff member that I wasn’t pleased and she said “Oh... well have a good one.”
