I had an amazing experience from start to finish! The front desk team was so friendly, professional, and attentive. They greeted me with warm smiles, explained everything clearly, and made the whole check-in process seamless. Their positive energy really set the tone for the day! My massage with Donee was incredible she’s truly gifted! I added cupping to my session, and it was exactly what my body needed. I felt so much relief and relaxation afterward. Then I had a chemical peel with Madison, and was she was so gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough. My skin felt refreshed, smooth, and glowing by the end of it. She explained every step and made me feel totally comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for real results and top-tier care! 💆‍♀️✨💖

I just had a very good massage with Margarita, but it was only 50 minutes long. The girl at the desk did not offer me a refund for the 10 minutes. I did not receive, and said well sometimes she doesn’t know what time it is, which is unacceptable. Obviously this is institutionally condoned. Be very careful when you go here to get your full amount.

I’m writing this review based on my best friend’s experience at Massage Envy Coconut Creek. To be clear, the problem is not the massage therapists or the front desk staff. They are not the issue at all. The issue is management. This location has serious consistency problems. There is an extremely high turnover rate, and clients rarely get to see the same massage therapist more than once. That alone makes it hard to relax or build trust. It feels like people are constantly leaving, and after hearing what goes on behind the scenes, it’s not surprising. My friend has personally witnessed and heard the way the manager speaks to employees, and it’s completely unacceptable. I would never recommend massage envy in Coconut Creek, Fl. The Manager Brianna is horrible, she does not follow up or return phone calls. I bought a year membership and had to go through hoops to cancel then when I did cancel said I have 60 days to use up all my credits. I was waiting for 2 return calls from Brianna and she claimed she called me back but never did and refused to extend my last 3 credits for at least another month. Never go to this location just a horrible experience!!!!
