Absolutely top drawer place. Therapists are knowledgable and understanding of client concerns. Special shout out to Michelle (the Manager) who looks to please clients which leads to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Had the pleasure of talking to Paige at the front desk to set up surprise Christmas massage and facial for my mother. She definitely went extra, helping me understand fully everything that was going on with the Christmas specials. Thanks again and cant wait to see u guys after Christmas.

This was my first time visiting the Clearwater location. I got a 60 minute massage from Koryn. Koryn was AMAZING! She actually “listened” to me and met my needs. She was very attentive, used perfect pressure, and gave me the best massage I’ve had in the past nine months. A little backstory… I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for many years in different states… When I moved back to Florida, I became a member of the Largo Massage Envy due of its close proximity to my home …..only a seven minute drive. Unfortunately , I had several extremely unsatisfying experiences with the massage therapists there. Not one of them listened to my needs, and I left there each time very disappointed. Horrible experience once again at the massage envy in Clearwater. At 9am I online booked a 1 hour massage for my wife at 11am on Saturday July 19. When she arrived they told her they didn’t have an appointment for her. I called because I provided my card info for the appointment. The receptionist said “to be honest our online system sucks so if you want to make an appointment in the future call” What the hell, horrible. So my wife got no massage because we didn’t know your “online system sucks”
