Massage Envy

*Friendly Service *Too hard for a massage after requesting medium. Even told her to lighten up in the middle of the massage, but nothing changed. *Didn't finish out the full time we had scheduled. *Also, didnt even get a whole body massage. Mainly had my back worked on.

Cassidy, the massage therapist was great. I was not made aware that if I’m not a member, I would be charged an additional $50 on my massage. No one mentioned that when I schedule my first or second massage. I am very dissatisfied. I regret buying a gift certificate massage for a family member now.

Don’t expect an apology from them. They made a scheduling error that really messed up my plans but didn’t tell me until we showed up and (I get it) corporate policy doesn’t allow them to correct it (I booked back to back massages), but the reason for the low review is because they couldn’t acknowledge their mistake and say they were sorry. That was really disappointing.

Tried to book an appointment. Apparently you need to confirm it 17 times before they will accept your appointment. I put in ALL of my information, chose my appointment day and time, chose the person I wanted to be my therapist for the appointment, selected what type of pressure I wanted, and add one and everything. Looked forward to it all week to get there and have the person tell me I didn’t hit confirm the 100th time to actually book the appointment. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a massage.

My friend booked me a massage as a gift, so I knew nothing about it until the day of it was a surprise. I called to try to reschedule or set up another time due to it being a surprise gift they told me I had to pay another $120 on top of what he already paid it was nothing I or they could do the manager wouldn't give him his money back told me to call and try to find someone else to come get the massage I wouldn't recommend I wouldn't book with them either, especially if n gifting someone, they didn't call him or try to give him his money back horrible business! HORRIBLE
