Massage Envy

So much that I can say about Maasage Envy Cedar Hill. I love coming here. Today I got a facial for me and my baby girl for Valentine’s Day and we had such a lovely time with ERNEST! He was so compassionate in nature, friendly, with a great attitude. I definitely will be back. Ladies/gentlemen please book him!!!!! Thanks for showing up for me and my kiddo. Today was rough trying to manage loss but you really made our day just being a sweet spirit that YOU are. Wishing you all the best in 2026 and keep shining 🙌🏾❤️

You know when something happens and you go “did that really just happen?”…. I arrived at 11:48 (couldn’t find it) for a 90-minute facial scheduled at 11:45. I was dismissed at 1:02, went to the bathroom got to front desk at 1:07. Even accounting for time to undress and redress — the 10 minutes noted in their disclosure — the math simply does not add up to a 90-minute service. The service overall did not even compare to a real spa experience. The biggest issue, however, was the front desk — specifically Amber. Before my appointment even began, I was asked personal skincare questions and then given a hard time about my answers. I chose to let it go. I have been coming to Massage Envy for a couple of years and have never had a bad experience. Amber is very professional and courteous. The front desk representatives are always courteous. Top Notch service. A+++++

This is the most unorganized business I've ever been to. Every month for the past 4 months there has been an issue with my appointment. Either they don't have it down at all or they moved me without confirming with me. They told me it would get better because they are under new management but I've seen no improvement. I love Spencer but I will not continue to spend my money every month at this location. The receptionist has a terrible attitude and tries to engage in going back and forth with customers. I will not argue with you about professionalism and my expectations when I'm spending my money.

I come in for facials with Andrea. She’s so good! My skin gets better with every visit. So far, everything she’s recommended has been great. They have memberships, too.
