Massage Envy

It was the best professional massage I had ever had and I have had many! I left feeling so much better and really felt a difference. Gabby was great at making me feel comfortable and making the place feel like a relaxing experience. She was also great at making sure I felt satisfied and really made sure to focus on the areas I was telling her about. Will be back again!

Arrived for my massage and was informed it was rescheduled for 30 minutes later. I was told I had approved the reschedule; however, I never spoke to anyone. I did not receive a call, text or email notifying me of the change. Unfortunately I had to cancel due to other commitments. No apology or offer to reschedule was provided. Will not return to this location.

I saw McKenna this afternoon and she really helped to relieve my back, neck and shoulder pain. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning soon.

Gabby was an amazing massage therapist, before I knew it I had drifted to sleep. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. She made sure to adjust to my preferences when I asked. Jasmine then assisted me with enrolling in a monthly membership so I could continue my self care journey. She made sure to answer any questions s I had and was warm and friendly. I will definitely be back to the Burlington Massage Envy location! 5 stars across the board!!!

I have been going to this location for about six months. I get one 90 minute massage a month for $80 a month, plus the extra 30 minutes, which means you’re not paying for any other fees or anything, it’s just for the massage. I found Gabby, who is the best Masseuse! I’ve only experienced one other masseuse, and she was excellent as well! Though, I have stuck to Gabby, because she does exactly what I need. This place wonderful! I recommend it highly. They are very professional. It’s very clean and very inviting. They are so good at what they do. Communicate exactly what you need, light, medium, deep tissue… they can’t read your mind. This is the epitome of therapy! I love your team of professionals!! Thank you!!!
