Massage Envy

The massage I had today was very lackluster. The therapist was unfriendly and did not focus on the area I asked her to target. She also waited a long time before coming back into the room. When I let the front desk know at the end, I received an apology but no offer to correct the poor service. There are plenty of better options for the money!

Every aspect of my service was incredible! The booking site was easy to use and I was able to get in last minute for my birthday! The two girls who checked me in and out at the desk, Gabrielle and Morganne, were so sweet and helpful and answered all my questions! Julina, my massage therapist, did amazing work and gave me a lot of helpful information about how to care for my physical wellbeing. 10/10!!

I love this location! The staff are all so kind and were so helpful when I came in for a chemical peel. Bridget was amazing! She clearly laid out all the instructions for aftercare AND alternatives to the aftercare kit. So cool that the aftercare kit is offered for FREE! I was assisted by Caroline and Kalin at the front desk and they were so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back for another chemical peel. By far the friendliest Massage Envy I have been to. I have also talked with the manager during a past visit and she was quick to help me out. 100/5 best experience!

Absolutely incredible. One of the best massages/bodywork that I’ve had in a long time. I don’t think there are ever really any “bad massages” but there are some therapists that are gifted with the ability to recognize areas and work them appropriately. Wowsers!

I had a wonderful experience at Massage Envy! The manager Christy was kind and professional, making me feel welcome as a first time customer. The facial with Bridget was excellent—my skin has never felt better! Highly recommend visiting for a relaxing treatment.
