Massage Envy

I had a male massage. It was awful from beginning to end. His hands were rough, he did not massage my back at all. He left out my legs and slapped on some dry gritty sand to my feet and kept rubbing it in to the tops of my delicate feet. The massage was painful at times and felt like he was unlicensed or knowledge in massage therapy. His name was Edison.

I am giving 5 stars as Jade gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. The ladies up front were so welcoming and very sweet on the phone and in person. I do however want the owners to know the room I was in #11, needs a deep cleaning. There was dust bunny’s all under the table, dust around the carpet in the room, the walls, table. I mean layers. The walls could also use a good cleaning. You could see the dust and grime. I hated to post this but I was told it was better to write here by the staff. I did attach pictures as well. Again, the staff and massage were outstanding and I wish the room was a lot cleaner so I could book again.

Liz at this location (Easton/brockton) is amazing! A true professional. Highly recommend! The front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly too. Facility was clean and calm. I will be back!

I've offered a spa massage to my husband for his birthday last week.He came back home like a new person.He was so happy and would like to recommend Danielle as one of the best agent.He can't wait to go back and enjoy another one.Everything was perfect,the timing,the pressure on his lower back,the professionalism of Danielle,the room he got and the kindness. I had a massage yesterday 6/11/25 the rug was filthy with white stuff all over it I don’t know if it was dried up lotion or skin.when I booked the massage I asked for medium pressure it wasn’t even close to medium when I asked Danielle to put more pressure she didn’t. When leaving I did tip accordingly even though the massage was one of the worst I’ve had. I felt as if I was rubbed down with lotion and not given a massage at all.
