On time for my appointment. Checked in. Brought inside to wait 5 minutes and then the receptionist tells me my esthetician had an emergency and if I can rebook?! Ahh no! I drove 20 minutes. Shouldn't she have known that prior to checking me in?! 1st experience and my last.

My massage was incredible! I'll definitely be back. Leilani was professional, respectful, and masterful! She excels at her craft and really made me feel at ease. I highly recommend her!

Leilani was amazing! She was able to work on some knots of mine. Probably the best massage I’ve had in a long time. I booked firm pressure and she was a great listener and made me feel very comfortable. Will be booking with them again!

This was my first time visiting this Massage Envy location in Boise, Idaho; as I am traveling and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and was promptly checked in by the receptionist. I was then brought to the waiting area. After sitting there for about five minutes, I was informed that my esthetician “couldn’t make it” and was asked if I wanted to reschedule. There were no advance notice, no phone call before my appointment, and no real explanation just a last-minute cancellation after I had already arrived and checked in. Seriously the best massage I’ve ever had. Jordan is amazing! I grew up getting monthly massages so I’ve had a ton and that massage wasn’t only relaxing but it hurt the whole time and I’m talking a GOOD hurt. I like super deep tissue massages and he is seriously the guy to go to if you like a massage that actually gets something done.
