I’ve been a member at Massage Envy at this location for a couple of years and, up until recently, I never had a single issue. Irina is an absolutely amazing professional — truly too good for a chain. She is an exceptional esthetician, and the staff has always been kind, accommodating, and easy to work with. I always appreciated the reminder calls and how understanding they were when I needed to adjust appointment dates. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my membership due to moving across the country. I completed all the required paperwork — signed, sealed, and delivered. This was in November/December. I had an excellent experience with Keith. He seamlessly blended Thai massage with contemporary techniques and assisted stretching. The session felt intentional and customized, and I left feeling noticeably lighter, more relaxed, and relieved of tension. I went to Scott today for the first time for a stretch and a massage And I have to tell you it’s the best service I’ve had in a long while Not Only was the Massage wonderful, but he knew the kinesiology of the massage and address my issues. I found my person and suggest you try him for your next massage. You won’t be disappointed.

I highly recommend Irina as a wonderful beautician. She is a very skilled professional with extensive knowledge and experience. She is very dedicated to helping her clients achieve beautiful skin, and besides that, she is a lovely, positive, and warm person.

The room smelled like an old dirty dish rag. There was something wrong with the speaker and the music sounded like the score of the bad dream. I was done and getting dressed at 1:40 for my one hour massage that started at 1pm. This location and my experience today was pretty awful. I’ve become more and more disappointed with Massage Envy and now we’re looking forward to using up our credits and ending our membership.
