Massage Envy

I received a gift card for a 1 hour massage for Christmas. I scheduled an appt and the day I went in was the day I found out $20 wasn't available until Jan 2. I asked to reschedule so I could use the whole gift card. I was told I'd be charged a $25 cancellation fee which would have took away the $20. And they wouldn't make an exception and let me use the whole gift card. Then had the nerve to ask me multiple times to sign up for a membership. Not with that type of customer service. The massage itself was nice but the customer service at the front desk and manager sucked. If I do ever sign up for a membership, it definitely won't be at this location. Hope $20 was worth it

This location works well for me and is not the closest one to my home.The service is good with availability when I want to come in. Verena, my therapist is excellent providing treatment specifically for my needs. The front desk staff and manager are courteous and helpful.

This location has been wonderful to work with… they have been very accommodating! Brandon is a terrific massage therapist. He is very good at deep tissue massage. He is friendly and professional always. He remembers our conversations and we pick up where we left off from the previous therapy session. I highly recommend Brandon if you are interested in a personable and engaging conversation while getting a great deep tissue massage!

Someone generously gifted me a Massage gift card recently. I called to make an appointment only to be told that the massage would be $125 since I’m a nonmember or I could pay a $75 a month membership fee for a minimum of six months to use the gift card that I was given at the member price. I can only imagine the reason they force you to buy a membership is that their service is maybe not that great and that you wouldn’t return, otherwise. Sadly, I won’t give them the satisfaction of getting my membership money so I will just waste the gift cards. This tactic seems predatory and scammy. I’m hoping that my friend can get a refund for the gift cards so that Massage doesn’t get any money from us.

I called two massage envy locations. I told them I was From out of town and where I was staying But I was booking directly across the street I was very specific with where I needed to book. They booked me elsewhere. I took an Uber to the first location. They rebooked me at the further one away. I paid for a hour massage and got a 25 minute massage they blamed me. They blamed me for being at the wrong location without telling me I would only have a half hour massage but would be paying for an hour massage. Ridiculous! I was lied to., They booked me at the wrong location. I was overcharged I would never ever recommend this franchise!! ridiculous customer service at this particular location And with attitude.
