Massage Envy

This was my first massage ever! I came in and everyone was very kind. Christina was my masseuse and she was awesome! she made me feel very comfortable and also did a great job on targeting the areas i asked for. I think next time I could ask her to go alittle harder since she was labeled as “medium” but I know I wanted firm so that’s on me! she did great and i’ll be back soon:)

Inna was wonderful. She made me feel welcomed, comfortable and relaxed. The only downside was, I immediately dozed off and when I woke up - my session was complete. I felt rested and my face felt completely hydrated. I will be making an appointment again soon.

Heather was professional and engaging. She made me feel relaxed the moment I met with her. The tone brightening facial experience was wonderful!

I returned for a microdermabrasion session and had a wonderful experience. Inna explained every step of the process, which made me feel incredibly comfortable and informed. I left with my skin looking and feeling fantastic!

Stevie was absolutely horrible. I booked a massage for my friend because her mom just died and it was her birthday. Stevie met Halie with anger and frustration. Started service at 3:20 and ended at 3:52. Did not make her feel welcomed, cared for, and did the opposite of relaxing for her. Will be calling to address this further. Completely disheartened as there was no care or respect for her.
