Massage DIY

The DIY massage was amazing! It's a brand new massage parlor. The customer service was excellent, and they even customized a deep tissue and acupressure massage for me, which was incredible. I also had a gua sha detox treatment, which felt fantastic. The mountain on my back disappeared, and I felt so relaxed. I'll definitely be back soon.

I love Kevin and Sophia at MassageDIY! They are incredibly caring and attentive to my pains and overall needs. I work in the same shopping area as MassageDIY and my work often leaves my neck, shoulders, and back in tons of pain. I initially got a 20-30 minute chair massage from Kevin during a lunch break and was so shocked how much better I felt immediately after. I never felt that way so soon after a treatment even after years of PT and massages for my troublesome shoulder. I've gotten to know Sophia a little more since then through our reoccurring appointments together. I first learned that the "DIY" in the business's name is a little bit of a rough translation for "Custom", as in every massage is custom to each person's needs. I came in with my girlfriend for her first massage, and I honestly regret not leaving the moment I realized how uncomfortable the situation was becoming. We did arrive late due to rescheduling twice, but the staff did not give us any trouble about that, which I initially appreciated. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of this experience. Communication at the front desk was extremely unclear. What we were told did not match what we expected or asked for. My girlfriend and I were separated, which we understood could be due to room availability, but there was no discussion or choice offered, especially regarding therapist preference. My girlfriend would have preferred a female therapist, but she was assigned a male therapist without being asked. The service itself was rushed and

My daughters bought me gift certificates for Christmas. Booked my first massage with Joy and she was amazing. Listened to where my problem areas were and gave them extra attention. At the end of the massage Kevin did an incredible foot Massage. Looking forward to booking another session with Joy. I will definitely be a return customer.

We went for a couple's massage, and Kevin's massage was exceptionally professional and attentive. The massage therapist was quiet, making the whole process very peaceful. I really enjoyed this perfect massage; my body felt completely refreshed afterward. The front desk staff were also very friendly. We will definitely be back soon.
