I had been looking at massage chairs for a couple years and doing research. I got to the point to where I was pretty positive what I wanted. I dealt with Ryan for a couple days on the phone asking questions and going over everything. It was the chair I wanted and the price worked for me. The sales process made it easier for me to choose them for my chair. The process was easy. Delivery was fairly quick. There was an issue with the initial delivery, but they quickly fixed the issue within 24 hours and went out of their way to make it quick and easy. I purchased a Kenko massage chair and got a great deal, as it was on sale. I spoke to customer service agents before the purchase, and they were very helpful in providing information and helping to set up the purchase. The delivery of the chair was smooth. I have waited a couple of years to write a review which allows me to give a more thorough opinion regarding my purchase. I have been very happy with the chair. I have a history of spine surgery and back pain; the chair has been wonderful to help with the pain and to help with relaxation. I usually use the chair several days per week for one hour.
