Mannnnnn I just left and I can twist my back without pinching after days of nothing but that, I can move my neck freely after days of jaw pain and neck cramps along with the pain making it hard to fall asleep, now I want to sleep, started with the 30 minutes now I’m about to double up and do an hour session for me and my girl!.
