The booking platform on the website under services does not work, it will only temporary hold funds from your account and I really hope it is only temporary. If the therapist no longer works with this provider it would be good to remove that option from the website. When I texted that I arrived for the appointment I was then informed by the therapist that she is 30 minutes late. At least I would have hoped to be informed earlier not upon me saying I arrived
