Massage and Wellness is a hidden gem in Wallace. I pass this art/creative space all the time, but was always curious because it says massage in the window. So this summer, after I tweaked my back hiking, decided to book an appointment. I was in a LOT of pain, so treated myself to a deep tissue massage, scalp treatment, foot reflexology and cupping therapy. Traci is one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. The whole experience was amazing. She digs into the sore spots and helped alleviate my back pain. I left feeling so rejuvenated, I came home and booked another appointment. If you are in the Silver Valley and need a self-care day, definitely book an appointment at Massage and Wellness!
