Massage Again

The only reason I put a star is because no star isn't a option. Me and my sisters went in there and she kept telling us no they are busy she don't know English and kept staring at my oxygen tank and kept saying no no no. She refused us because I'm on oxygen which is ridiculous.

They don’t know how to massage. Also paid for an hour and they only did it for 45 minutes. I didn’t say anything. I just paid and left. Avoid this place. Rude management.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Got angry with me before the massage because I didn't tip as much as she wanted. I told her I would tip more after the massage if it was good. The massage was horrible, she walked on my back for over half the time. At the end of the massage she asked if I wanted my privates massaged. I said hell no, got dressed and left. Do not go here. The worst experience I have ever had with customer service.

I use to love this place. Two very sweet ladies run the place and do a great massage. The best thing was that they are next door to my chiropractor, so I could go in there to get my muscles loosened up and relaxed before getting my bones popped. It was always a wonderful experience. But lately their credit card machine hasn't been working. I don't normally carry cash with me.

Twice I have tried to get a massage here. Both times arrived between 930 and 10 and the doors were locked, even though the sign says open between 930am and 10pm. On top of that both times their machine was down for credits cards. I haven't gotten a message here because of this and will never be back.
