The treatment I received from Casey at Massage 2 Motion was hands down the best and most beneficial massage experience I’ve ever had. Since having scoliosis surgery over 10 years ago, I’ve suffered with chronic and severe back pain. After my massage/stretch session, I could finally breathe with relief! Nothing has ever alleviated my pain the way this massage did. Casey was attentive and took every effort to ensure my comfort throughout the session. He was also extremely knowledgeable and answered any question I had. I felt leaving relaxed, relieved, as well as revived. His attention to detail was evident in everything he did. He met me at the door and we started exactly on time. He was always attentive to how much pressure he was using. Casey Cassone (owner and operator of Massage 2 Motion) is easily the best sports massage therapist that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Casey boasts both an understanding of massage technique and a true grasp of how to properly stretch and mobilize an athlete. He has great technique for both athletic and therapeutic massage, a great bedside manner, and a true knowledge of how to work with all client populations. He is THE sports massage specialist I send my athletes and clients to. I highly recommend his services.

Casey, my massage therapist, was very attentive, asked a lot of questions, and seemed to really care about my well being. I purchased the massage and stretch, which really helped because it allowed me to relax but also to loosen up my muscles which were tight from soccer. I’m not one to really “rate” anyone but it really was the best massage (and I’ve had many). I would recommend him to anyone. I may even give my mom a gift card for Xmas!

Casey is awesome. Not only did his treatments help get me back to racing health for Nationals, but the education he gave me on how to prevent the issues beyond the visits is worth its weight in gold. His extensive knowledge, interests, and background will help you diagnose, treat, and prevent pain and injuries quickly and thoroughly. I only wish that I had found him sooner.
