I can’t recommend Mason Aesthetics and Wellness enough. Haileigh truly changed my life with hormone replacement therapy after having two kids — I finally feel like myself again. Negative stars if I could. Terrible service. They don’t respond to voicemails AND if you call with concerns they don’t make it a priority to follow up or call back. My sister had the same experience, left a review months ago, and they responded to her review recently pretty much blaming the patients. Funny- it wasn’t a patient problem with my previous doctor I saw in another state. Seems to me like the problem is they don’t know what they’re doing and playing around with hormones. Let’s start with my very first appt. I traveled all the way from LEHI to meet the first time after mentioning it was a far drive and I would have to take 1/2 day pto. The woman who does my blood draws at Maeson Wellness is absolutely incredible. She makes the whole process fast, painless, and stress-free.
