The haircolor I ordered did not arrived as ordered and it was for a 11am appointment going away on vacation and I texted my sales rep., Lisa Dolan, and she called them and Ron from Masello reached out to me early this morning and told me that my color was going to arrive in less than an hour! And it did!!! Customer Service at a glance!!!!!!!!thank you!!!!! Really appreciate that!
