We walked out of here feeling refreshed and happy. The facilities are clean and it happened to be next to our hotel. We got a couples deep tissue massage with foot reflexology. Brenda and Gabby checked in on us during the massage to make sure that the pressure they applied was to our liking. They worked on us from head to toe, focusing on areas that were tight, and as they did I could feel all of my body’s stress float away. Thank you for the refresh! My body feels relaxed and restored. Pricing is great. Service is friendly and profesional. They accept card and remember to bring cash for tip, but if you forget you can tip using your card.

This place is fantastic, I came in a mess and had 4 massage sessions in a row and came out a brand new person. Therapists Jasmin, Maria and Brianda are amazing and professional. The spa location is very convenient, beautifully decorated and clean. Enjoy with confidence!

I would like to personally Thank Massaje and Bienestar Spa in Tijuana for their professional massage service that made me feel much better. I had severe pain and could not feel my arm and after a deep massage I felt perfectly fine after just one session. The lady that massaged me went to school for this and was very professional, effective, and nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a problems with their body. Price is good but quality if massage was not. My girl friend I both requested for deep tissue massage, in the beginning it was ok both of our masseuses used tons of pressure going up and down along the shoulder blade for 5-10 min but rest of session felt like they were just spreading oil on to our bodies without any pressure or force. I would not go back here again.

So I’ve been here twice with two different girls and must say that, although they are very professional, and it is a pleasant environment, I don’t recommend this place for a deep tissue massages. They claim to do all techniques but if you’re into the relaxation massage with light pressure, that might be good for you. I asked for an hour and a half of deep tissue and had to tell the girl that it was fine to do it with strong pressure. It just seemed that they are timid in getting into the tissue or they’re just simply novice. I’ve had massages all over the world and must say that the 90 pound little Asian ladies are way stronger and actually have better technique. The plus is that their locations tend to be very modern and well kept in the aroma they use are very pleasant. The price may
