Worst experience ever went to get color cut and blow out I wanted a burgundy hair with and inch cut they argued with me about how I have color on my hair when I didn’t dye my hair and they slapped bleach on my hair and gave me a rose gold orange color it had three different shades of color and they got scissor happy and cut 4 inches off they knew I was not happy I was very vocal

I called to inquire about how long the wait for a wash and set would be, they said I can come in immediately since they weren’t busy. When I arrived 10 mins later, there were only 2 customers in the entire establishment and they were already being serviced. They were being rolled for the dryer. However, they told me the wait would be too long for me to be serviced. It was only 11am on a Saturday. I’m assuming they only service customers who look like them.

Never go here. I shouldve learned my lesson a few years ago when i went in and showed the owner a direct picture of what i wanted and showed her using my fingers on my own hair how much i wanted to be cut off and she chopped it all off. I went in again and once again she is cutting my hair while on the phone and i held the picture up of what i wanted and showed her how much i wanted to be cutoff and she chopped it all off. Do not go here. The owner is rude and they do not care about what you want. What kind of hairdresser cuts hair while on the phone? Luckily i went to another salon and was desperate enough to have them put in extensions. I had hair past down my shouldars to leave worh hair below my ear Lobes. I wish there was another way to report them.

Very good and clean! Why is everyone a racist just because you don’t get good service. I’m AA and didn’t have any problem. Those who always claim racism are usually racists themselves. It’s called “projection”. Do you know what that means???

I always get someone nice, I don't speak Spanish at all and we are able to communicate my needs for sons haircut every time.
