Came in with 3b virgin hair for a simple blowout—when I washed it out a few days later it became clear that the stylist had snuck in a chemical relaxer. The smell when the water hit my head was a dead giveaway. Now the front half of my hair is straight/wavy, and the back half is closer to the original curl pattern. Please reconsider this place if you have curly/coily hair and want it to remain that way. Some salons add chemical straighteners to their shampoos or conditioners and use it on their customers without informing them, and this place is clearly one of them.

I went to get my hair dyed red, loved it but a week later it faded copper and I noticed it was streaky. I went back into the salon asking if there was anyway to fix it and their only solution was dyeing it again and charging me $150 after I paid $290 initially. They said it fading that fast was “normal” and they “forgot” to tell me the day of the service that it was going to fade like this. They also tried to make it seem like it was my fault it faded, asking if I washed my hair everyday and used really hot water. I would not recommend this place for hair dyeing services.

Mary was a sweet lady but I feel that I was over charged my co worker got same cut she charged her $60, $85 for a wash cut & blow dry & flat iron had to go home redue my hair my cut wasn't nothing like the picture I showed her,never again.

Mary did my hair no line no wait and i absolutely love the service that was given very professional used great products and my hair has never been soo soft and healthy i love it definitely going back ☺️

They are very slow but I went there one time before and she cut my hair great. Again, They cut hair Great but THEY WILL CHEAT YOU!! Not only doing things you did not ask for then charge you more (example: blow dry my hair the first time). ALSO, recently, I got a hair cut for $30 and bought a leave in conditioner. My total was $52. What I signed had no room for a tip. I was kind of confused but blew it off. I looked at my bank statement today and it is now saying $67! I am in shock!! She filled in her own tip!! OMG! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! They are shady!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
