I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this salon. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The level of hospitality here really stands out. I actually live in a different town, so this was my first time coming here. I’ve been going to another Dominican salon for years, so I honestly felt a little guilty trying somewhere new, but I’m so glad I did. After this experience, I wouldn’t mind making the drive at all to come back. I came in with my hair in pretty bad condition, with glue stuck in it, and I was honestly nervous about how it would be handled. Not only did they carefully remove all of it without damaging or pulling out my hair, but they also took their time washing it thoroughly. I never felt rushed

The staff is professional, welcoming, and really knows how to work with all hair types. My hair came out smooth, exactly what I asked for. They take their time, pay attention to detail, and make sure you’re comfortable the entire visit. The salon itself is clean and well-organized, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly.
